We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the overall leadership and management of nursing services within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the overall nursing operations and clinical governance
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and Singapore Nursing Board standards
• Support manpower planning, staffing deployment, and resource management across nursing services
• Lead and support nursing quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care practices
• Develop, review, and implement nursing policies, procedures, and work processes
• Monitor operational trends and identify opportunities for service enhancement
• Support audits, inspections, accreditation exercises, and compliance reviews
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operational coordination
• Oversee staff development, training, and competency upgrading initiatives
• Support special projects and operational improvement initiatives assigned by Management

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent
• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board practicing license
• Post Graduate Nursing qualification preferred
• Valid BCLS certification
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership or management experience in healthcare or nursing home environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements and nursing operations
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
