Luxury Watch Sales Consultant / Retail Sales Executive

💰 Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 Basic + Attractive Commission
🕒 5-Day Work Week (Retail Roster) 1 fixed off day on weekday , 1fixed off day on weekend.
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm

Join a luxury watch boutique specialising in brand new and pre-owned luxury timepieces. We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to deliver a premium retail experience within the luxury watch industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide personalised customer service
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable luxury timepieces
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling
• Handle enquiries on product availability, pricing, and after-sales support
• Maintain knowledge of luxury watch brands and market trends
• Support boutique operations including visual merchandising and inventory handling
• Ensure proper handling of high-value products and sales transactions
• Work closely with team members to deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience preferred
• Experience in luxury retail, watches, jewellery, fashion, or high-value products is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude and team player
