Job Description

Our client is a leading technology company which designs and manufactures appliances. They have set up their headquarters in Singapore to ramp up their expansion.

They are currently looking for Customer Service Executive to support their service centre by customers service.

Candidates should be open to flexible retail hours and be able to provide 1st level support to customers.

  • Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers

  • Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services

  • Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them

  • Staying up to date on the latest products and services an organization provides

  • Following up with customers to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases or services received

  • Interpersonal communication skills to ensure positive interactions with customers

  • Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment, and open to shift work

  • Prior customer service experience in the tech industry will be an added advantage.

  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments

  • Time management skills to respond to customer inquiries
