Co-Founder (Inside Sales & Business Development)
Job Description
Authcor Technologies is a Singapore-based IT infrastructure services firm. We provide mission-critical data center solutions, including smart hands services, rack-and-stack deployments, and international hardware logistics. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder to lead our commercial growth and build our sales pipeline from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Inside Sales: Design, execute, and manage outbound sales campaigns using modern CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, email sequencers).
Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Actively prospect, qualify leads, and close service contracts with global clients and managed service providers (MSPs).
Strategy & Scaling: Partner with existing leadership to shape company strategy, define service offerings, and eventually scale a regional sales team.
Requirements
Inside Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B inside sales, cold prospecting, and managing digital sales pipelines.
Data Center Familiarity: Solid understanding of data center IT systems, infrastructure hardware, structured cabling, and smart hands services.
Startup Mindset: Hands-on executioner who is ready to pick up the phone and build the sales engine themselves before scaling a team.
