Retail Associate

Monthly Gross Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (before commission)
Sales Commission: Earn 4% commission on sales!

Job scope:

• Assist customers with foot scans and help them choose the right orthopedic shoes and customized insoles
• Explain foot conditions and educate customers on product benefits
• Provide friendly customer service and support
• Help drive sales and earn commissions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
