Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations for an assigned showroom location
Manage and coach a team of Sales Consultants (SCs)
Drive showroom sales performance and conversion rates
Ensure proper lead follow-up and customer engagement
Monitor showroom discipline, attendance, and operational standards
Support test drive management and customer experience execution
Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
Work closely with marketing and management teams on lead generation initiatives
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales talent
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
Prior experience in a sales leadership / team management role preferred
Strong understanding of showroom operations and customer conversion
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
