Role Summary:
You will acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources practices with organizational goals. You will need to work closely with management to address workforce challenges, improve employee performance, support change management, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support on policies & procedures related HR domains, including employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness etc. for assigned business units.
- Lead/Initiate/Facilitate HR annual programs & activities for positive outcome.
- Support stakeholders on the assigned HR projects and solution implementation including overseas transfer/assignment management.
- Provide guidance on employee engagement and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work culture in line with company values and improve employee engagement.
- Coach managers and employees on performance and career development.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- Degree in HRM or the related domains with good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development or HR Information System/Shared Services.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the industry, conduct benchmarking and implement best practices for the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, PowerBI/Tableau is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Flexible, multitasker, and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Has a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs.
