Sales Director- Based in Shenzhen
I. Job Position: Head of domestic server business sales, reporting directly to the CEO, and fully responsible for server product market development and sales system construction.
II. Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for formulating and implementing domestic server market sales strategies;
• Developing leading internet clients and large industry clients;
• Establishing a sales team and channel system;
• Driving the large-scale commercialization of the company's server products;
• Achieving annual sales targets.
III. Target Clients:
• Major internet companies
• AI computing power clients
• Data centers (IDC)
• Cloud computing companies
• Financial industry clients
• Telecommunications operators
• State-owned enterprises with domestic substitution needs
IV. Job Requirements:• Over 10 years of sales experience in the server, chip, IDC, or computing power industry;
• Extensive resources of leading clients;
• Sales team management experience;
• Familiarity with the domestic server and computing power industry chain;
• Strong business development and large client management capabilities.
V. Compensation Structure:
• Base: 1 million+ RMB
• Sales commission
• Stock option incentive
• Overall income is comparable to VP-level management personnel.
