Job Description

Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in an MNC, consulting firm, financial services organisation, or global matrix environment.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced regional environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional strategic initiatives and projects across Asia.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, milestones, and governance documentation to ensure timely delivery of key priorities.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, action logs, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a key point of coordination across regional, country, and functional teams.
  • Support business operations, transformation initiatives, offsites, and other strategic activities as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing structure, consistency, and efficiencies into recurring processes and reporting.
