BIM Modeler (A)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) software for submissions and site installation.
• Participate in on-site surveys, inspections, and discussions to validate design intent and resolve site-related issues.
• Include in clash detection, modelling and coordination.
• Prepare, review, and update electrical drawings including layouts for HT panels, TXs, MSBs, EMSBs, DBs, sub-DBs, and related electrical systems.
• Plan and prepare routing drawings for cable supports, lighting points, power points, and final circuit connections.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency between Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and layout drawings; highlight discrepancies to engineers for rectification.
• Coordinate with the site engineer on feedback and resubmit revised drawings within the target timeline.
• Support preparation of submission documents including NDR, DCR, DPR in line with ISO requirements.
• Maintain and update drawing libraries for standard M&E installation details.
• Prepare monthly drawing status reports and maintain filing for O&M requirements, including as-built drawings, catalogues, inventory, and PE-endorsed documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
• Familiar with BCA Singapore BIM Standard
• Strong skills in interpreting and preparing Mechanical & Electrical drawings.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Monthly Salary Range (SGD)

• $3,500 - 4,300
