Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead finance transformation initiatives across regional SAP projects. This role involves driving solution design, managing project delivery, and partnering with clients on business process optimisation within SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments.

• Lead SAP Finance(FI/CO) solution design and business process discussions for ERP transformation projects.
• Conduct workshops and advisory sessions to gather business requirements and recommend scalable SAP solutions.
• Manage project delivery activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Support pre-sales efforts including solution presentations, proposal development, and client discussions.
• Advise clients on finance process improvements and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regional engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance,Business, or a related discipline;
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting or implementation of ERP systems;
• Exposure to client-facing consultancy work and stakeholder engagement;
• Good knowledge of SAP architecture;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, project environment;
• Leadership skills and ability to manage responsibilities independently;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
