Job Description

Analysts are expected to work proactively and efficiently across multiple client engagements. This requires strong project management, disciplined and high-quality search execution, an ownership mindset, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to meeting specific client needs. The role often involves working with team members across different geographies.

Executive search requires strong communication and judgement in assessing senior executives’ business experience and professional competencies against client requirements. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong project management capability and a results-oriented approach
  • Rigorous attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Confidence engaging both internally with consultants and externally with senior executives and board members

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least five years of relevant experience in business or executive search
  • Domain expertise in a specific industry or functional area
  • Experience in a consulting environment or a role managing multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are advantageous
