Senior Manager/Manager, Human Resource (Talent Development)
Job Description
Are you passionate about unlocking potential and driving performance? We are seeking a forward-thinking Talent Development Leader to shape and deliver impactful learning initiatives that accelerate employee growth and strengthen organisational capability. In this role, you will lead end-to-end development efforts—from conducting learning needs analyses to aligning programmes with business priorities, evaluating effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement. You will also spearhead leadership development and early talent initiatives, including scholarships, sponsorships, and internships.
Partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will design and implement talent pipeline programmes, using workforce insights to refine and enhance outcomes. You will empower managers through coaching and development planning, while building robust career pathways and competency frameworks to support long-term growth.
In addition, you will manage external vendors to deliver high-quality development solutions and establish clear metrics and governance to measure impact and ROI. This role also contributes to broader HR initiatives, including employee engagement and organisational events.
Requirements
At least 8 years of relevant experience, including leading organisation-wide talent development or pipeline initiatives
Strong expertise in talent development and early talent strategy design
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Strong analytical, project management, and programme evaluation capabilities
Ability to translate business and workforce needs into practical development solutions
Data-driven, results-oriented mindset
Passion for developing people and building future-ready talent
Degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous
