Job Description

Work closely with hiring managers to establish hiring needs, profile and requirements
Implements and monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance
Responsible for compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare functions and HRIS
Assist in formulating policies, design and implement programs relating to HR management and HR development functions
Training & Development – Sourcing, coordinating and arranging suitable training programs
Any other duties deemed necessary by management
