Your new role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth within an assigned territory through the sale and rental of construction-related systems and solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution development to contract negotiation and closure.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, building long-term relationships while working closely with internal teams to ensure project success, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction. Staying close to market trends and competitor activity will be key in identifying new opportunities and strengthening market presence.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven sales experience within construction, engineering, industrial solutions, or a related sector.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
