• Salary: up to $5,500 per month (+ completion bonus)

Your new role

We are currently looking out for a CTC and Pricing Operations personnel to assist until the year end.

For CTC– this person will execute and deliver contract to cash operations through strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all times. The Commercial Services team is responsible for the Contract to Cash (CTC)activities for the sales of all materials both in the Pacific and Atlantic region. Partnering with the respective business units (BU) and other centralized functions, Commercial Services ensures appropriate credit risk mitigation tools are in place, commercial invoices and associated shipping, logistics or other relevant documents are produced and presented to trade banks, and customers, in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure undisrupted cash flow.

For Pricing Operations to Commercial Services in Singapore - The Commercial Services team is responsible for the Contract to Cash (CTC) activities for the sales of all materials both in the Pacific and Atlantic region. Partnering with the respective business units (BU) and other centralized functions, Commercial Services ensures appropriate credit risk mitigation tools are in place, commercial invoices and associated shipping, logistics or other relevant documents are produced and presented to trade banks, and customers, in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure undisrupted cash flow.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree in either Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Contract to cash and general shipping knowledge.
• Sound understanding of international trade documentation, letters of credit (UCP600)and incoterms.
• SAP experience will be an added advantage
