A hospital is looking for a HR Executive
Your new role
- Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
- Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
- Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
- Process monthly invoices and internship payouts.
- Maintain proper HR documentation.
- Maintain a proper filling system and documentation and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events.
- Design EDMs and videos for HR related events or announcements.
- Any other HR related admin and project works.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
Diploma holder
At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating interviews / raising invoices / other admin work.
