We are seeking a magnetic, high-energy Business Development Executive / Manager to drive growth and expand our client portfolio a marine and shipping company. In this role, you will be the primary face of our client company to prospective clients. We need an outgoing relationship-builder who can walk into any room, capture attention, and effortlessly turn a cold introduction into a long-term client partnership. If you love the thrill of the chase and thrive on human connection, this is your sandbox.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively hunt for, pitch, and check business opportunities to expand our client base.

  • Charismatic Pitching: Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients' leadership teams, making our solutions impossible to say no to.

  • Relationship Nurturing: Entertain potential clients, host networking events, and establish strong, trust-based connections from day one.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial enthusiastic outreach to negotiating and closing the contract.

Requirements & Traits

  • Naturally Outgoing: High emotional intelligence ($EQ$) with a knack for reading people, building instant rapport, and command of a room.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in agency, consulting, or B2B client-facing sales especially in shipping or marine

  • Drive: Extremely resilient, self-motivated, and energized by hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
