Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively hunt for, pitch, and check business opportunities to expand our client base.
Charismatic Pitching: Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients' leadership teams, making our solutions impossible to say no to.
Relationship Nurturing: Entertain potential clients, host networking events, and establish strong, trust-based connections from day one.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial enthusiastic outreach to negotiating and closing the contract.
Requirements & Traits
Naturally Outgoing: High emotional intelligence ($EQ$) with a knack for reading people, building instant rapport, and command of a room.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in agency, consulting, or B2B client-facing sales especially in shipping or marine
Drive: Extremely resilient, self-motivated, and energized by hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
