Technician

• Engage in the installation, repair and maintenance ofvarious technology-base equipment.

• Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to ensure thetechnical equipment operates at its optimal performance.

• Provide on-site assistance with hardware and software useand address and resolve technical issues faced by clients or customers.

• Carry out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify theroots of technical issues.

• Liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholdersin layman's terms to assess needs and system requirements.

• Record and document instances of hardware failure, repair,installation and removal.

• Stay up to date with technical developments and advancementsin allied fields.
