Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Activities: In accordance with the company's sales plan, implement the sales strategies for forklifts, aerial work platforms, and road construction equipment to achieve the sales targets.
2. Customer Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
3. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform and adapt sales strategies effectively.
4. Project Coordination: Participate in sales negotiations, tender processes, contract finalization, and project follow-up to ensure smooth execution.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with after-sales, technical support, and logistics teams to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, customer feedback updates, and market analysis to management.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners, Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
4. Strong understanding of the construction equipment industry and ability to identify market opportunities.
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and travel as needed.
6. Ability to understand mechanical functions and discuss technical solutions with customers is an advantage.
