Senior Resident Technical Officer (HDB BTO)

Job Description & Requirements

• Carry out the supervision of BTO building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act
• Ensure that proper processes and safe methods of construction are maintained by the main contractor
• Co-ordinate and supervise the defects’ investigation and rectification Works
• Organize and maintain proper site documentation and records
• Able to perform Lead RTO role
• Lead, manage and audit Supervision team
• State expected salary

Requirements:

• BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS
• Min 7 years’ experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural/M&E works preferably in HDB BTO projects
