BIM Modeller (Senior)

Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate and liaise directly with main contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues
• Apply AutoCAD, Revit modeling skills to develop accurate architectural designs aligned with project requirements
• Coordinate structural (C&S) and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services to integrate multidisciplinary inputs effectively
• Utilize at least 5 years of experience working on local projects, preferably including HDB developments, to meet local standards and client expectations
• Manage project tasks efficiently to accommodate short notice start dates when required
