🔪As part of the service crew, your job responsibilities includes 📑:
- Lead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge of the menu.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate seating, reservations, and queue management during peak hours.
- Train and guide junior service staff on SOPs, service standards, and product knowledge.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in cashiering duties and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely food service.
Requirement
- High willingness to learn
- Seeking career growth
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in F&B or kitchen operations is preferred but not required as training will be provided
