Inspired by the harsh terrains of Australia, we strive to bring you the best produce and offer everyone a taste of warm Australian hospitality.π
On top of the Australian cafe and restaurant concept, we also have Spanish, Taiwanese and Japanese restaurant concepts.
Key Roles & Responsibilities β¨:
Marketing Leadership & Campaign Execution
β Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the marketing team across campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
β Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including campaign mechanics, creative direction, and timelines.
β Work closely with designers and digital specialists to ensure brand consistency across graphics, content, and campaign assets.
β Support and drive digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels to increase brand awareness and footfall to outlets.
Internal & External Partnership Management
β Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Finance and Operations to ensure marketing campaigns are commercially viable and operationally executable.
β Establish, manage, and grow strategic external partnerships with:
β Large database and membership organisations (e.g. KrisFlyer, SAFRA, Grab, food delivery platforms, and similar partners)
β Conceptualise and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and in-store traffic across Surrey Hills Grocer Groupβs outlets.
Marketing Reporting & Performance Analysis
β Prepare and deliver timely marketing reports to management, covering campaign performance, key metrics, and insights.
β Analyse marketing data and results to evaluate ROI, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
β Support management with data-driven insights to enable timely and informed business decisions.
Community Management & Social Media Engagement
β Manage and grow Surrey Hills Grocer Groupβs social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
β Oversee day-to-day community management, including content publishing, comment moderation, and customer engagement.
β Work with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
β Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to continuously refine content and engagement strategies.
Requirement β¨:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and/or offline)
Exposure to brand, digital, or performance marketing preferred
