On top of the Australian cafe and restaurant concept, we also have Spanish, Taiwanese and Japanese restaurant concepts.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Italian Chef to support daily kitchen operations and lead the team in delivering authentic Italian dining experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Conduct training and guidance for junior kitchen staff
  • Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and food cost control
  • Ensure proper kitchen scheduling and manpower planning together with management
  • Support menu development and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure compliance with SFA food safety and workplace safety regulations
  • Handle kitchen issues efficiently during peak service periods

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Italian cuisine, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and kitchen operations
