Job Description

Manage and Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices, Hibernate, and Kafka, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Drive end-to-end technical delivery for banking, insurance, and payment platforms, including solution architecture, system integration, code reviews, proof of concepts (POCs), and stakeholder management.
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka messaging, JMS, and government platforms such as SingPass and CorpPass, enabling seamless connectivity across enterprise ecosystems.
Build and optimize cloud-ready microservices architectures while leveraging Oracle, MySQL, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Git, SonarQube, Veracode, and Control-M to support CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
Lead modernization and transformation initiatives, including JDK upgrades, application performance tuning, middleware enhancements, and platform migrations, ensuring system reliability and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and manage cross-functional development teams in Agile environments, delivering complex digital transformation programs across corporate banking, retail banking, insurance, eKYC, onboarding, and cross-border payment domains.
