Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of banking product transformation, implementation, and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence across global markets.
Drive product roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and prioritization of enhancements, collaborating with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
Manage large-scale liquidity and cash management programs, overseeing product implementation, process optimization, risk controls, governance frameworks, and customer experience improvements.
Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic reporting, business analysis, and transformation recommendations, ensuring successful execution of regulatory, operational, and technology-driven initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, change management, and post-deployment support within Agile delivery environments.
Establish strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices while driving continuous process improvement, vendor management, and service delivery excellence across complex banking ecosystems.
