Job Description

Manage and Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking and regulatory technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and compliance requirements across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Drive application modernization and cloud transformation programs, leveraging containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and DevOps practices to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and deployment reliability.
Manage release governance, change management, and production deployment activities, overseeing risk assessments, approvals, compliance checkpoints, and successful implementation of major releases and hotfixes.
Partner with business, technology, and senior leadership teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, prioritize delivery roadmaps, and ensure successful execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Establish and monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance reporting frameworks, identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous process optimization across programs and teams.
Provide leadership in Agile delivery environments, facilitating sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.
