• Proven track record delivering large-scale paymentmodernization, digital banking, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional teamscomprising business stakeholders, architects, developers, operations teams, andexternal vendors.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments withstrong governance and compliance requirements.
• Strong exposure to payment ecosystems, transactionprocessing platforms, and digital banking channels.
