Project Decoration Designer

1. Job Description:

(1) Participate in interior design for corporate projects, ensuring the quality of construction drawings.

(2) Participate in drawing refinement and order placement.

(3) Coordinate with the client, design institute, and consultants to resolve drawing-related issues and facilitate the approval process.

(4) Participate in technical presentations to resolve project design issues.

(5) Resolve all design-related issues during project execution to ensure efficient project delivery.

(6) Participate in project design inspections to ensure on-site construction quality.

2. Job Requirements:

(1) Hold a diploma in interior design, decoration engineering, environmental art or related fields.

(2) Strong coordination, organizational, communication, and expression skills are required.

(3) Possess at least 6 years of interior design experience, having participated in over 6 interior design projects with a total cost exceeding 50 million yuan.

(4) Possess a solid theoretical foundation in interior design and are proficient in mastering technical specifications for interior decoration, including European and American standards.

(5) Proficient in on-site construction techniques, material properties, technical specifications, and installation procedures.

(6) Strong capability in interior construction drawing preparation and layout order drafting, able to independently conduct detailed drawing development and technical briefings, and efficiently complete on-site construction inspections according to drawings.

(7) Proficient in using essential office software, with preference given to candidates skilled in operating SU and Revit.

(8) Diligent and responsible in work, with good professional ethics and strong adaptability.

(9) Capable of adapting to on-site project work or overseas assignments, and may require extended overseas presence to address project challenges when necessary.
