Quality Engineer for Curtain Wall Projects

1. Job Description:

(1) Responsible for daily quality inspections, material acceptance, process briefing, material retesting, sample and process acceptance, and other quality-related tasks.

(2) Implement the quality management system requirements for both the company and the project.

(3) Promote excellence in local high-quality projects, and organize, submit, and review application materials.

(4) Investigate on-site quality issues, immediately issue a quality rectification notice, supervise the rectification within the stipulated period, organize re-inspections, and retain documentation.

(5) Responsible for evaluating the quality of sub-projects and sub-items, and regularly submitting quality reports and related forms.

(6) Responsible for implementing national and industry-related environmental management policies, executing directives and plans from superior authorities, and complying with corporate regulations.

(7) Support the project manager in fostering team collaboration, execute additional tasks assigned by superiors, facilitate cross-departmental coordination, and proactively assist with departmental responsibilities.

2. Job Requirements:

(1) At least 5 years of experience in curtain wall project quality management.

(2) Proficient in curtain wall construction techniques and common quality issues, with the ability to oversee quality management across the entire construction project.

(3) Possess a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

(4) Proficient in local acceptance procedures, pricing mechanisms, curtain wall material specifications, and relevant standards and processes, with the ability to independently organize quality documentation and submit it externally.

(5) Proficient in using various essential office software.
