On-site Curtain Wall Engineer

1. Job Description:

(1) Oversee on-site construction management and conduct safety briefings for construction personnel.

(2) Responsible for formulating labor deployment plans and issuing construction task orders.

(3) Responsible for inspecting construction quality within the team and preventing violations.

(4) Responsible for implementing environmental (including on-site civilized construction) and safety measures.

(5) Support the project manager in coordinating with the owner, general contractor, supervisor, and government agencies, ensuring smooth external communication, and proactively assist in completing tasks related to the department.

(6) Support the project manager in fostering team collaboration, executing additional tasks assigned by superiors, and facilitating cross-departmental coordination.

2. Job Requirements:

(1) Must possess comprehensive capabilities in production organization.

(2) At least 5 years of experience in curtain wall engineering management.

(3) Proficient in the complete curtain wall construction workflow, with on-site project management capabilities.

(4) Possess strong organizational coordination, communication skills, and field experience, adept at mediating relationships with general contractors, supervisors, and other stakeholders, and capable of identifying and resolving on-site quality and safety issues.

(5) Possess a positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

(6) Proficient in construction organization design, labor management, quality control systems, and material management.

(7) Proficient in curtain wall construction techniques and project management workflows, with demonstrated expertise in project safety, quality control, and schedule management. Comprehensively familiar with engineering acceptance standards and relevant legal regulations.

(8) Proficient in using various essential office software.
