Sales Coordinator (Manufacturing/ Production industry, $3800)

• Process sales orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and invoices.
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor order status and ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments (logistics, production, warehouse) on sales orders and delivery arrangements.
• Resolve operational issues related to order processing and delivery.
• Supervise and guide junior admin sales coordinator staff in daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• O level with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in invoicing and order processing is required.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments (customers, logistics, production, warehouse).
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• 5 day work week.
