Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop 3D BIM models, shop drawings, construction sequencing models, clash detection reports, and as-built models.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for coordination and project execution.
• Coordinate BIM workflows to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with required Level of Development (LOD) standards
• Ensure compliance with Singapore authority requirements, including Building and Construction Authority (BCA), HDB BIM requirements, and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and model integration.
• Support site construction activities using BIM information and model coordination.
• Maintain proper document control systems and ensure accurate project documentation management.

Requirements

• Familiar with Autodesk Revit (Structural and Architectural train), Navisworks and/ or AutoCAD.
