🧑‍🏫 Pastoral Care Officer (11-Month Contract)

📍 Secondary School Environment
⏰ Working Hours: Mon–Wed: 9.30am–5.00pm Thu–Fri: 8.00am–3.30pm

Requirements:
✅ Experience working with youths, students, or in educational/community settings preferred
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Able to work independently and collaboratively with school staff
✅ Former uniformed officers are welcome to apply
✅ Passion for supporting and guiding youths

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Supervise and support students under suspension, reintegration, or time-out programmes
🔹 Conduct restorative conversations and guide positive behaviour
🔹 Patrol school premises and support student discipline
🔹 Conduct grooming and attire checks
🔹 Assist during school events and activities
🔹 Provide additional support for student management matters
