Job Type: Full-time (Offers 12-hour shift with 5, 6, 5, 6 work week)
Reporting to: Senior Operations Executive / Managing Agent (Client)
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Officer to join our security management team. You will be responsible for the daily operations, and upkeep of our condominium common facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Site Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of all common areas, including swimming pools, gym, function rooms, BBQ pits, clubhouse and landscaping to identify defects or maintenance issues.
- Preventive Maintenance: Monitor and supervise contractor performance to ensure regular maintenance of M&E services in clubhouse.
- Resident Liaison: Attend to feedback, enquiries, and complaints from residents professionally and promptly.
- Vendor Management: Supervise contractors (cleaners, security, landscapers) to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Facility Booking & Usage: Manage the booking and usage of estate facilities. Handing / Taking over of facility between residents.
- Defect & Repair Coordination: Identify, document, and report defects.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, fire safety standards, and MCST by-laws.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare daily/monthly maintenance reports, and assist the Condominium Manager in AGM/Council meeting preparations.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating festive decorations and social events for residents.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/Nitec/Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in facilities/concierge desk.
- Fresh graduates with a strong positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of basic facilities/concierge operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with residents and contractors.
Attributes: Hands-on, responsible, independent, and willing to work on weekends/public holidays. Outdoor environment.
Location: Willing to work in [East] Singapore.
