Job Description

Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
Feasibility studies of client requests.
Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
Site visits, assessments, and projections for future work Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow-up on bills and quantities.
To evaluate and check on market unit rates monthly/Quarterly for material and labor costs.
To attend site showground for those tenders that we are interested in.
To reply to tender clarification, preparation for tender interview, and presentation.
Able to communicate with BCA or other Departments in dealing with certificates and licensing.
Able to do any other ad-hoc duties.
