Job Description

  • Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
  • On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
  • Feasibility studies of client requests.
  • Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
  • Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
  • Site visits, assessments, and projections for future work Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow-up on bills and quantities.
  • To evaluate and check on market unit rates monthly/Quarterly for material and labor costs.
  • To attend site showground for those tenders that we are interested in.
  • To reply to tender clarification, preparation for tender interview, and presentation.
  • Able to communicate with BCA or other Departments in dealing with certificates and licensing.
  • Able to do any other ad-hoc duties.
