Customer Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange jobs for Field Service Technicians (FSTs) through CRM.
- Process spare parts issuance through SAP.
- Monitor and follow up on CRM tasks to ensure spare parts are issued in a timely manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
- Follow up with Customer Service Engineer on approved quotations to proceed with job arrangements.
- Monitor the delivery of ordered spare parts to the store for customer orders.
- Coordinate and schedule Preventive Maintenance for sales and rental customers.
- Track recurring issues and provide feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time and resolution time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Must be proactive and multitasking
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and SAP
- Will to work at Loyang Way area
