Total Experience: 7–8 years of proven experience delivering application development projects.
Domain Expertise: At least 4 years of dedicated experience working with ServiceNow within enterprise or government environments.
Key Skills
Project Management: Agile project management, backlog management, and release planning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensuring project alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Engagement & Analysis: Stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and driving solution adoption.
Documentation: Comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
Technical Knowledge
Experience or familiarity in any of the following ServiceNow modules/tools:
Modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, IRM
Platform Tools: App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM or CIS-HRSD)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
