Salesforce Project Manager
Job Description
Experience & Domain Knowledge
Project Experience: Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology or CRM implementation projects, including hands-on delivery oversight for Salesforce initiatives.
Salesforce Knowledge: Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Domain Expertise: Good understanding of the public sector domain (highly preferred).
Methodologies & Tools
Project Delivery: Working knowledge of project management approaches such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall, depending on delivery needs.
Tools: Experience using delivery and project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.
Delivery Capability: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance priorities, and support teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, assess impact, and drive practical solutions with relevant stakeholders.
