Job Description:
-To attend regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foreman subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building;
-To coordinate with main-contractors & sub-contractors and suppliers on necessary works arrangement to complete site work;
-Conduct regular site safety checks;
-Ensure the project runs to schedule, and find solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of materials;
-Assist to complete tasks as assigned by Project Manager.
Requirements:
-Degree in a Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering/Civil Engineering related field
-Preferable min 4 years working experience in the field of Project Management with experience in facade works
-Outstanding organization, coordination leadership and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effortlessly with the clients, consultants & contractors
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST, as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.

-working Location: Project Based Allocation.
-willing to work on Saturday.
