• Attend to shoppers' general enquiries.
• Over the counter duties in departmental stall
• Assist to escort VIPS shoppers and be a personal concierge to them
• Redemptions of vouchers
• Handle incoming phone calls.
• Collection of payment/issue receipt etc.
• Other administrative duties.
