CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / (BUILDING)

• Oversee day-to-day construction project execution
• Manage project timeline, cost, and quality control
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Handle project documentation and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Lead site teams and resolve technical/site issues

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong coordination and site management skills
• Ability to manage contractors and project stakeholders
• 5.5 Days workweek
