  • Remuneration Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri (9am–6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am–6pm)
  • Working Location: East – Company Transport Provided at Multiple Pick-Up Points
  • Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics

About the Role

Join a dynamic global logistics environment where you will play a key role in managing cross-border shipments and purchase orders. This role offers exposure to international coordination, end-to-end shipment handling, and customer relationship management within the fast-paced freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution
  • Manage cross trade shipments and Purchase Order (PO) processes from start to completion
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates
  • Verify shipping documents (AWB/BL) and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitor shipment profitability, validate rates, and ensure accurate billing
  • Investigate service issues and propose corrective actions
  • Track shipments, provide flight/vessel updates, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare reports and participate in customer meetings
  • Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, operational procedures, and QHSE standards

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of sea freight is required; air freight experience is an added advantage
  • Familiar with shipping documents and Incoterms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
