Menswear Fashion Designer
Job Description
MENSWEAR DESIGNER — Personal Styling & Bespoke Design
Dress the most influential men in the room.
We're not your average menswear label. We work with CEOs, creatives, celebrities, and the men who move markets — and we believe that how a man dresses shapes how he shows up in the world.
If you're passionate about menswear, obsessed with the details, and want your work to actually matter — this role was made for you.
---
What You'll Be Doing
• Designing and styling bespoke looks for an exclusive clientele — PMEB professionals, C-suite executives, influencers, and public figures
• Building genuine relationships with clients, understanding their lifestyle, ambitions, and personal aesthetic
• Working from a refined, private retail space in the CBD — no mall crowds, no fast fashion noise
• Contributing to brand storytelling through marketing campaigns and social media content
• Staying ahead of menswear trends, fabrics, and tailoring developments to keep our offering sharp
---
You're the Right Fit If You...
• Have a genuine passion for menswear and a strong personal point of view on style
• Carry yourself well — you take pride in how you dress and that energy is contagious
• Are people-first: warm, attentive, and able to make any client feel at ease
• Think on your feet and bring creative solutions to every client challenge
• Take ownership — you don't wait to be told, you make things happen
• Hold at least a Diploma in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or Tailoring
• Have 2+ years of experience in fashion design, personal styling, or menswear retail
What We Offer
• Competitive basic salary + commission structure with real earning potential
• Curated, stylish uniform — because we walk the talk
• Performance incentives and recognition for top stylists
• A close-knit, creative team environment where your ideas are heard
• Access to high-profile clients and a portfolio you'll be proud of
• Room to grow with a brand that's building something meaningful in the menswear space
This isn't just a retail job. It's a craft, a career, and a chance to leave your mark on modern menswear.
