Job Description:
Landside infrastructure works, automated people mover depot, it facility building-east, automated people mover systems, contractor's office village and coastal dormitory expansion for Changi east development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as an architectural professional
• Including at least 5 years on projects of similar scale and complexity (major building, deep excavation)
• Including design experience
• Successfully completed at least one (1) project through construction and handover stages
• Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved EDMS (e.g. Bentley ProjectWise), reviewing RFI/RFA and project documents
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to interpret Power BI dashboards and prepare executive-level presentations
