Logistics Executive

Job Description

• Generate shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Packing List, Commercial Invoice
• Close co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipments
• Liaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applications
• Update data into ERP systems timely
• Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
• Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time
• Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience.
• Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
• Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Team player and committed to work
• Effective communication and co-ordination skill
• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
• Ability to communicate in English & Chinese to liaise with English & Chinese speaking stakeholders
