  • Supervise and support daily sales operations and team activities.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance against goals.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and sales reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
  • Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight dealines , with flexibility to work extended hours when required
