Accounts executive (Full Set / Accounting Firm)

Job Description
- Handle a full set of accounts for multiple clients across various industries
- Prepare financial statements, GST reports, and tax filings (corporate & individual)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation of bank statements
- Liaise directly with clients to gather accounting documents and resolve queries
- Support statutory filings and ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory framework
- Collaborate with internal teams (Corporate Secretarial, Tax, Audit) for client deliverables
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field
- 1–3 years of working experience in accounting (experience in a CSP is a bonus)
- Good working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management
- Confident in communication and passionate about helping businesses grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
