Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement & Brand Representation
- Act as a key brand ambassador for 360F, engaging and impressing prospective clients across insurers, banks, and financial advisory firms throughout Singapore and the wider region
- Build rapport and credibility with prospects, from frontline distribution leaders to senior operational and C-level stakeholders
- Represent 360F professionally at meetings, demonstrations, industry events, and online touchpoints, consistently conveying a polished and trustworthy image
Presales & Solution Consulting
- Quickly learn the technicalities of 360F’s SaaS based microservices and no/low-code platform, and translate them into clear, tangible client benefits
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value sessions tailored to each prospect’s needs
- Understand client pain points and business objectives, and map them to relevant 360F solutions and use cases
- Support the preparation of proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and other presales collateral with accuracy and commercial awareness
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing fit, intent, and readiness to progress within the sales cycle
- Support and nurture the early stages of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth handover to senior sales and commercial stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, interactions, and next steps in CRM and related sales tools
- Contribute to a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and provide timely feedback to the product and commercial teams
REQUIREMENTS
· Relevant experience in presales, business development, agency or bank distribution, client acquisition, or B2B sales, with a depth of expertise typically built over several years
· Ex-insurance agent (AIA, Pru, GE) with 1–3 years agency or bank distribution experience, already knows distributor workflows, product logic and the MAS regulatory landscape from within the industry
· Based in Singapore and able to work on-site as required, with the ability to start at short notice
· Open to either a full-time or a flexible part-time working arrangement
· Polished presenter who can translate technicalities features into client value, ideally someone who's run group/corporate policy pitches or competed in agency conventions
· Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a consistent record of meeting and exceeding growth targets
· Proficient with modern workplace tools, including advanced Excel and AI prompting
· Strong client-facing presence, able to act as a credible brand ambassador who engages and earns the confidence of prospective clients
· Able to quickly learn product technicalities and translate them into clear client benefits
· Solid grasp of the qualification and early sales-cycle stages, with the discipline to support effective pipeline management
· Familiarity with insurance or financial advisory distribution models, workflows, and the regulatory environment is a strong advantage
· Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech/insurtech environment with evolving priorities
